Venice Pavillion - TurismoVeneziaAre you in Venice between July 3nd and July 10th? Want to participate to our test and be rewarded?

MIT Mobile Experience Lab will run a user test during the days between July 3 and July 10, 2009. During these days, the team will be available the whole week from 10am to 6pm to explain the project and distribute enabled smartphones to interested visitors.

The meeting point is located in the Venice Pavillion (Ex Giardini Reali) that corresponds to the same building where the Venice Tourist Office is. Tourists and locals are invited to visit us and try Locast application while visiting the city. If you are interested in participating, please have a look to the recruitment form and send us your personal details and information on when you would be interested to be involved.

Recruitment 

The MIT Mobile Experience Lab is looking for volunteers (tourists or locals) who are willing to take part in an innovative experience in Venice, Italy - in the days between July 3rd and July 10, 2009. The test will be done during a single day (time is variable according to your availability) and will regard the usage of a multimedia guide to the city. All users who participate will receive complimentary free access to the City Wifi network and gadgets from the Digital Citizenship initiative, courtesy of the City of Venice.
